Hi, I'm Kiabeth.

But you can call me KB.

Yoga first found me when I was 20 years old and deployed to Afghanistan, during a season when I needed a place to breathe and feel like myself again.

That experience stayed with me and eventually inspired the work I do today. Through Yin and restorative yoga, breathwork, and intentional rest, I create welcoming spaces where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and reminded that you deserve care too.

Student Reflections

How the practice feels, in their words.

A few reflections from students who have shared this practice with me.

I love that I can attend yoga with such a thoughtful and knowledgeable instructor, even when we are separated by hundreds of miles! KB does such a wonderful job of making you feel like you are in the same space with her while offering helpful modifications throughout the practice. I’m beyond grateful for these virtual classes and can’t wait for more opportunities.

KB’s restorative yoga classes have had such a meaningful impact on my life. They give me a place to disconnect from the busyness of life, focus on myself, and work through my worries. Even when life feels overwhelming, I know her class offers me time to slow down and reconnect.

Paris

What a wonderful experience it has been taking Kiabeth’s Sunday restorative yoga class. When I began, I could barely get into the postures. Now I’m able to fully relax and experience the benefits of the class. The way she guides us through each posture and the calm presence she brings are unlike any other class I’ve tried. I describe it as feeling like a one-hour massage.

She offers thoughtful suggestions throughout class and shows beginners how to practice with whatever props they have available. I always leave feeling lighter and more present.
